250g fat
500g sugar powder "BIOSET"
500g flour
3-4 packs of vanilla "BIOSET"
clove "BIOSET" for decoration
Preparation Method
Beat the fat with a wooden spoon or mixer until it becomes creamy. Add sugar and flour spoon by spoon. Add vanilla powder and knead well. Take a piece of the paste the size of an egg and form a small cake. Form the cakes on a breadboard using cake tins, then you can decorate them with clove if you wish so. Bake the cakes at a moderate temperature, without browning them. After getting cold, powder the cakes with sugar powder.
Orange Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients
350ml orange juice
300ml fresh milk
peel of an orange
1 pack of gelatine “BIOSET”
2 tablespoons of honey
110g sugar
1 cream powder “BIOSET”
Preparation Method
Place 2 tablespoons of orange juice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over gelatine and stand for 5 minutes. Dissolve over a pan of hot water. Stir in honey and remaining orange juice, orange zest and sugar. In a 1-liter bowl pour out the cold milk. Add the cream slowly while mixing for 5-6 minutes. When the orange mixture becomes cold, mix it with the cream, pour into a metal baking tin and place in the freezer for 1- hours until almost solid. Break frozen mixture into pieces and place in a food processor. Process until soft. Repeat this process twice. Serve in balls, garnished with orange peels.
