Boil the sugar with two teacups of water in a deep pot. Melt the butter in a pan and add the semolina. Fry it in the butter until brown. Add the syrup slowly and stir. Simmer until the mixture begins to separate from the pot. Remove the pot from the fire and pour the mixture into an appropriate dish. When it gets cold sprinkle with walnuts.
Milk with semolina
1-liter of fresh milk
2 coffee cups of semolina "BIOSET"
1 tea cup sugar
1 vanilla powder "BIOSET"
Put 2 teacups of water in the milk, add the sugar and wait until the mixture boils up. Pour in slowly semolina while stirring. Let it boil for 10 minutes while stirring. Add vanilla powder after putting the mixture away from the fire, then stir it and pour into appropriate dishes.
