200g hulled wheat "BIOSET"
10ml rose water
3g cinnamon "BIOSET"
15g white pudding powder "BIOSET"
Soak the cleaned and washed wheat for a couple of hours in cold water and boil it in the same water after that on slow fire. Separate 2/3 of the wheat, strain it and pour over the water. When the mess boils up add the pudding powder, sugar and the rest of the wheat. Simmer the mixture on slow fire until it becomes thick. Add raisins and rose water, pour into small dishes and sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon. Serve when the mixture becomes jelly-like.
250g hulled wheat "BIOSET"
8 tablespoons of sugar powder "BIOSET"
2 tablespoons of flour
peel of a lemon
Wash the wheat well and pour over 750ml (6-tea cups) of water. Boil it. If there is water left in the pot, drain it and cover up the wheat to stew. Serve it sprinkled with breadcrumbs, walnuts, grated lemon peel and sugar powder. Add cinnamon "BIOSET" if you wish.
