500g chocolate ice-cream
1 tea cup of cream
2 tablespoons of sugar powder "BIOSET"
1 pack of vanilla powder "BIOSET"
1 tea cup of fresh milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of special cocoa "BIOSET"
1 yolk of egg
Beat the cream with sugar powder and vanilla powder for 5-6 minutes. Mix cocoa with sugar and add some hot milk. Add the mixture to the rest of the milk and make a thick sauce. When the sauce cools, add the scrambled yolk and put the sauce in a refrigerator to cool. Put the ice cream into wide-stemmed glasses and sprinkle with cream and cool chocolate sauce.
20g natural cocoa "BIOSET"
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tea cup of water
Mix the cocoa with sugar and some hot water, until they blend well. Slowly pour the mixture in the boiling water. When the whole boils up, take it away from the fire.
