150g onion
1 lemon
rosemary "BIOSET"
red pepper "BIOSET"
black pepper "BIOSET"
thyme "BIOSET"

Preparation Method
Mix all spices, pulverize them and lard on the ribs. Put the ribs in a baking dish, pour over a cup of water and oil. Cover the baking dish with a wet paper, sprinkled with salt. Bake at 200˚.
Lamb with green onions
Ingredients
1kg lamb meat
8 ropes of green onions
3 ropes of green garlic
1 branch of parsley
1 branch of dill
1 jar of tomatoes
1 1/2 coffee cup of vegetable oil
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tea cup of white wine
red pepper "BIOSET"
black pepper "BIOSET"
1 tablespoon of thyme "BIOSET"
salt on taste
Preparation Method
Slice the meat and fry it in a pan. Add salt and red pepper. Cut the onions, garlic, parsley and dill. Arrange the meat, sprinkled with black pepper then the onion and garlic mixed with little thyme and dill in a pot following this order. Follow that order leaving the onion on top. Add wine and some hot water and boil. When the meal boils up, add salt and simmer until is done. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake the flour mixed with some cool water, add some bouillon and pour into a pot. When boils up the dish is done.
